Omelet rolls in sweet and sour sauce

 

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • drinking water approximately 70 cc
  • salt, flavoring
  • 1/2 carrots cut into small pieces


Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp peas
  • 5 cm ginger cut into matches
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 200 cc of water
  • 1 key orange
  • salt, mushroom flavoring, and sugar, approximately 2 tablespoons according to taste

How to make:
  1. Dissolve the flour with water, salt, seasoning, add the carrots, shake the egg off
  2. Heat the Teflon using medium heat, pour the beaten egg, wait a moment, then do not roll the egg until it runs out. Leave the edges to connect the egg rolls so they don't break
  3. Repeat again until the egg mixture runs out. Remove then set aside
  4. For the sauce, put all the sauce ingredients except the cornstarch solution in the Teflon which has finished frying the egg rolls. Wait for a while to boil, correct the taste and then add the cornstarch solution
  5. Remove and pour over the egg rolls, ready to serve
