Fuyunghai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 grated carrots
  • 50 grams of shrimp, cut into small pieces
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • 1/3 onion (for sauce)
  • 4 sliced shallots
  • 2 sliced garlic
  • leek
Seasonings
  • salt
  • block stock
  • pepper
Sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • sufficiently water, sugar, pepper
  • water-diluted cornstarch
How to make:
