Papaya Dimsum

 Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls of boiled papaya leaves (see tips)
  • 4 pieces of white tofu
  • 10 pieces of dumpling skin
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • To taste salt
  • Sufficiently powdered broth
  • Ground spices:
  • 4 spring onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
How to make:

  1. Puree the white tofu, set aside the ground spices, mix with the tofu, add tapioca flour. Stir well
  2. Add pepper, powder broth and salt. Taste correction. Take 1 piece of dumpling skin, add tofu filling.
  3. Then give the topping of boiled papaya leaves, trim the skin of the dumplings and put them in a heated steamer first. Beating sy also makes the carrot topping. Steam for 15 minutes, don't forget to cover it covered with a clean napkin. Serve with your favorite chili sauce.
