- 10 pieces of dumpling skin
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- To taste salt

- Ground spices:
- 4 spring onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
How to make:
