Food and Baverage Recipes

Hello, my name is Arie. I want to share some info about Indonesian Food and Baverage Recipes. There are about 100 food's recipes between Aceh Province until Papua Propince. For the first time, i would ask you how to make a Milkfish Turmeric Flavor

Milkfish Turmeric Flavor
Ingredients:
1 kilos milkfish and chop it as 3 pieces
1 lemon. Put the squeeze on the bowl
3 teaspoon oil for cooking
400 ml water
Some ingredient that must be chop it out:
Fine cut of 8 onions
Fine cut of 5 garlics
4cm turmeric
4 candlenut
1 teaspoon salt
Another ingredients:
2 pieces of basil
4 pieces of orange’s leaf
3 cm ginger plant, chop it
3 cm ginger, chop it
1 citronella, chop it
1 teaspoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon of instant stock
Lets make it !!!
First, Put the milkfishand lemon squeeze together. Don’t forget to put a little bit of salt on it. Wait until about 15 minutes. Clean the fish with water. Cooking the ingredient which we chopped until it smeels good.
Add basil, orange’s leaf, ginger plat, ginger, and citronella. Cooking until the smeels is good. Put the water on it until boiling.
Put the milkfish, sugar and instan stock on it. Cooking until the milkfish ready to eat. Finally, Take it out from frying pan to the plate. Ready to
served with rice and orange juice.
